We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in East Melbourne, Victoria. This permanent, full-time role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in building and construction, demonstrating leadership and effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and finalise construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met

- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

- Prepare and present project documentation and reports to stakeholders
n
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management
n
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion

- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in project management software and tools
