You will be Corporate & Commercial Lawyer at Senior Associate level who loves working on important and complex commercial matters.
Your new role n
Your Corporate/Commercial advisory work is for the Australian Government and corporate clients . You and your team act for the country's largest Australian Government agencies as well as government-owned corporations, Aboriginal corporations and private sector companies.

Provide corporate advisory services including corporate law, governance, Corporations Act compliance, corporate structuring, major transactions and regulatory compliance.
