TASkeno, part of Federal Group, is seeking a Help Desk Operator to join our Operations Centre in Sandy Bay, Hobart. This role suits someone from hospitality, gaming, wagering, casino, or customer service backgrounds who enjoys variety, problem solving, and continuous skill development.

You will monitor venues and systems, assist staff, process ticket corrections, troubleshoot equipment, complete compliance reporting, and support projects, working with stakeholders to keep the network running
