Job Description

TALENTD Recruitment's client on the Gold Coast is seeking a strategic Marketing Lead to head the in‑house team and own HubSpot across marketing and sales. This is not a hands‑off role; you’ll set priorities, guide projects, and step in to implement when needed.

You’ll work directly with the Directors, influence where the budget goes, and drive lead generation, content, paid media, Shopify and analytics with a data‑driven, AI‑enabled approach.
