Troocoo Troocoo Government are currently partnering with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced AO5 Legal Business Support Officer to join a high-profile and fast-paced team based in Brisbane CBD.

This is an initial 3-month labour hire position with the high likelihood to extend, paying $72.50 per hour + super.

The Role n

As the AO5 Legal Business Support Officer youwill support legal, investigative and corporate functions, requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities.

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Coordinating administrative and operational support activities across the business.
n
- Managing correspondence, briefing materials, meeting agendas and minutes.
n
- Monitoring and coordinating work through shared inboxes and ensuring timely allocation and follow-up.
n
- Maintaining confidential records, documentation and information systems.
n
- Supporting compliance with relevant legislation, policies and public sector standards.
n
- Assisting with business improvement initiatives and special projects as required.
n

About You n





To be considered a competitive applicant for the AO5 LegalBusiness Support Officer position, you would ideally demonstrate the following:

n

- Previous legal support, secretarial or paralegal experience, including legal research, document preparation, correspondence management, submission drafting and briefing support.
n
- Current law students and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, provided they can commit to full-time hours.
n
- Ability to return a clear Criminal History Check.
