Our client, an established South Australian civil contractor is looking for a Civil Project Manager to join their team.n
n
n This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can run projects independently, manage the commercial side and keep delivery moving across multiple work fronts. The business has a strong pipeline of metro civil projects and offers a stable environment with plenty of autonomy.n
n
The Role:n

n
- Manage projects from start to finish
n
- Oversee budgets, programmes and project costs
n
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
n
- Handle contracts, variations and commercial matters
n
- Work closely with clients and consultants
n
- Monitor progress, quality and safety
n
- Resolve issues and keep projects on track
n

What We’re Looking For:n

n
- Solid civil construction background
n
- Proven Project Management experience
n
- Strong commercial understanding
n




- Confident managing subcontractors and project teams
n
- Good communication and organisational skills
n
- Practical approach with the ability to make decisions and get things moving
n
