About the position n





We are seeking enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher with minimum 3 years' experience teaching Stage 5 & 6 students to complement the school's dynamic team.

n

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:

n

Inspire excellence in teaching and learning by fostering intellectual inquiry and demonstrating creative pedagogy

n

Comprehensive knowledge of the NSW Curriculum and current developments

n

High standard of competency, proficiency, and innovation as a classroom teacher

n

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and the wider community.

n

Willingness to contribute to the school through co-curricular involvement.

n

HSC marking experience highly advantageous

Key Selection Criteria n

Have current accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)

n

Valid Working with Children Check

n

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

n

All applicants must be supportive of the ethos of the Islamic Faith.

n

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa

n

The salary package for this position is in accordance with the Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025
