Job Description

Pyrmont Bridge Hotel is looking for friendly, reliable and happy staff to join our Bistro team. The role involves supporting kitchen and bistro operations across setup, service, and closing duties.

Key responsibilities

Help the chefs with setup and basic food prep before service

Deliver meals to customers during service

Assist the kitchen and bistro team throughout service

Help with cleaning and pack-down after service
