As a Civil Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities n

- Manage and supervise civil construction activities on site
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
n
- Coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, and material deliveries
n
- Monitor project progress and provide daily reporting to Project Managers
n
- Resolve in office issues promptly to minimise delaysConduct toolbox talks and site inductions
n
- Manage and mentor civil construction workforce
n
About you nn
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in civil infrastructure, earthworks, roads, or subdivisions
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Sound knowledge of WHS regulations, quality and compliance
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
n
- White Card (mandatory)
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Commitment to work safely and efficiently, with strong attention to detail
