Become the Venue Manager at North Lakes Jungle Adventure

North Lakes Jungle Adventure is looking for an energetic, people-focused Venue Manager to lead the team, drive venue performance and create Moments That Matter for every guest who walks through the doors.

n

This is more than an operations role. You’ll be the face of the venue, building a robust team culture, delivering an exceptional guest experience and keeping the energy high from open to close.

WHAT YOU’LL DO n

n
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing venue team
n
- Build a positive, energetic and accountable team culture
n
- Take ownership of venue performance, sales and operational results
n
- Create an outstanding guest experience across the entire venue
n
- Lead from the front during busy periods, weekends and school holidays
n
- Recruit, onboard and develop team members
n
- Manage day-to-day venue operations, including opening and closing
n
- Maintain high standards across customer service, safety, cleanliness and presentation
n
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
n
- Drive parties, events and other revenue opportunities
n
- Monitor venue targets and identify opportunities to improve performance
n
- Work closely with your Regional Manager and wider The Jungle Adventure team
n

You’re a confident leader who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced workplace and knows how to bring energy to a team.

You’ll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience in a Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or senior leadership role
n
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
n
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
n
- Commercial awareness and a focus on achieving results
n
- The ability to stay calm, organised and hands-on in a busy entertainment environment
n
- A proactive approach and strong accountability
n
- The ability to coach, motivate and develop a diverse team
n
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and school holidays
