The Opportunity n

Partner with rail business leaders from a Brisbane base to support the full employee lifecycle. Industrial and employee relations form a central part of the role, alongside workforce planning, development and broader people initiatives.

Your Responsibilities n

n
- Coach leaders on employee relations, industrial matters and people management.
n
- Interpret enterprise agreements, awards, legislation and workplace policies.
n
- Build productive relationships with unions and workforce representatives and support consultation.
n
- Manage investigations, grievances, performance matters and disciplinary processes.
n
- Support talent and succession planning, organisational development and workforce planning.
n
- Contribute to remuneration reviews,



perks programs and strategic people initiatives.
n

Requirements / Skills / Education And Requirements nn
- Experience as a senior HR or people advisor or HR business partner.
n
- Strong employee and industrial relations experience, preferably rail, construction, infrastructure, engineering, mining or other blue-collar operations.
n
- Experience with unions, enterprise agreements and workforce consultation.
n
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work requirements.
n
- Ability to coach and influence leaders, resolve conflict and communicate clearly.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, business or a related discipline.
n
