We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a technology team and support a range of data, systems, integration and digital initiatives.

n

This is a hands‑on technical BA role, working across business and technology teams to translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements and deliverable outcomes.

About the Role n

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Developers and vendors to understand requirements, analyse systems and data, and support the delivery of effective technology solutions.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements
n
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
n
- Analyse data structures, data flows, APIs, interfaces and system integrations
n
- Develop data mappings, process flows and system documentation
n
- Identify data quality issues, dependencies, impacts and gaps
n
- Support integration, system and UAT testing
n
- Conduct impact assessments and contribute to solution design discussions
n
- Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions
n
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
n
- Support data analysis, reconciliation and validation
n
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies and constraints
n

About You n

You will be an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of technology,



data and integration environments.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience working as a Technical BA in complex technology environments
n
- Strong knowledge of data, data flows, data quality and data integration
n
- Experience with APIs, system integrations and enterprise applications
n
- Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience producing functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and data mappings
n
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
n
- Experience working across Agile, hybrid or structured delivery environments
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
n
- Experience supporting testing, validation and implementation activities
n
- Okta – IAM, SSO, MFA, provisioning, deprovisioning or lifecycle management
n
- Workday – HR processes, integrations, data or system interfaces
n
- Workday–Okta integrations
n
- IAM / identity platforms
n
- HRIS or enterprise SaaS platforms
n
- Cloud and modern integration architectures
n
- SQL or other data analysis tools
n
