Senior MEP Planners | FIFO

n We are seeking experienced Senior MEP Planners to support a project, with an immediate start available on an initial 3-6 month contract.n
n
n This chance suits experienced planners with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction activities, project sequencing and the coordination of multiple work fronts within a major project environment.n
n
n Working closely with construction and project teams, you will support the development and maintenance of project schedules, monitor progress, identify scheduling risks and help coordinate the delivery of MEP works.n
n
About the role
n
n Typical responsibilities include:n
n

n
- Developing and updating detailed schedules for MEP construction activities.
n
- Coordinating programme inputs from engineering, procurement, construction and subcontractor teams.
n
- Tracking progress against milestones and identifying delays or emerging risks.
n
- Analysing critical paths, dependencies and the impact of changes on project delivery.




n
- Preparing lookahead schedules and progress reports.
n
- Supporting recovery planning and communicating scheduling priorities to project stakeholders.
n

About youn
n

n
- Approximately 10 years' relevant planning and scheduling experience.
n
- Robust experience planning mechanical, electrical and plumbing works within complex construction projects.
n
- Tier 1 contractor or major project experience preferred.
n
- Ability to interpret construction methodology and translate it into practical project schedules.
n
- Robust communication skills and confidence working with multidisciplinary teams.
n

What's on offern

- $100 per hour.

- FIFO options from Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

- DIDO option available.
n
- Usual 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster, with flexibility open for discussion.
