Job Description

Doctors @ Dolphins in Redcliffe, Queensland, is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our busy practice. This casual/part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and brings a warm, skilled attitude to every patient interaction.

You will greet patients, manage check-ins, answer phones, book appointments, process payments and Medicare claims, and support doctors and nurses with administrative tasks.
