Job Description

Metso is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the APA Quality Team in Beresfield, NSW. You will manage end-to-end customer claims, perform root cause analysis, and own CAPA delivery, collaborating with Plant Engineering and business lines across the region.

You will drive investigations using metallurgical and dimensional evidence, apply structured RCA methods, and ensure timely closure while sharing lessons learned to improve products and processes. 20–30% travel may be required.
