Job Description

Compass Group Pty Limited in North Sydney is seeking a Chef Manager to lead kitchen operations at an aged care site. You will oversee food production, ensure OH&S; compliance, manage budgets and stock, and mentor a supportive team to deliver high-quality meals for residents.

The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, HACCP experience, and robust customer service.
