About the Role n

We have an exciting prospect for a Bar Supervisor to lead our evening bar operation and help create an experience our guests will remember.

n

n
- Minimum 4 days per week , including Friday and Saturday nights
n
- Bar operates 12pm – 10:00pm, 7 days a week
n




- Full-time or part-time/casual opportunities available
n
- Lead and support a team of 1–3 staff , depending on trade levels
n
- Take responsibility for the smooth running of the bar during your shift
n
- Help create a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere for our guests
n
- Oversee guest activities and ensure they run smoothly
n
- Manage stock levels, tills and end-of-night reporting
n
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and presentation
n
- Work independently and confidently manage busy shifts
n

About You n

We’re searching for someone who is:

- Friendly, outgoing and approachable
n
- Confident behind a bar – experience is essential
n
- Self-motivated, reliable and responsible
n
- Comfortable taking charge and making decisions during busy shifts
n
- Passionate about customer service and creating a great atmosphere
n
- Organised and confident with stock control, cash handling and reporting
n
- A natural team player who can lead by example
n
- Looking for a long-term opportunity
n

Supervisory experience is welcomed but not essential – we're looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to take ownership.

n
