nAs a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:n

- Managing an existing temporary pool of placed candidates
n
- Taking job briefs, posting job ads, interviewing candidates and liaising with clients throughout the sourcing process
n
- Reviewing applications and phone screening potential candidates
n
- Using your initiative to source high-quality candidates in very short time frames
n
- Conducting regular check-ins with registered and placed candidates
n
- Conducting reference checks and updating the CRM
n

nBusiness Development;n

- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
n
- Building a strong business development strategy to target and win key clients
n
- Sourcing and following leads to make calls to drive new business development
n
- Meeting existing and prospective clients to drive business growth
n

nThis is a 360-degree consultant role focused on the recruitment of temporary candidates within business support, HR, Marketing, and project support. We work with a number of industry sectors including education, health, commercial and FMCG.n

team-oriented in how you work, happy to recruit at a very fast pace, value relationships above all else and hold yourself to very high standards of work. A flair for administration, you will understand the importance of process within temporary recruitment, and bring with you a number of years of experience in a 360-degree recruitment position.n
