Job Description

Vincere is seeking an experienced in-house counsel to lead the day-to-day legal function for a growing NSW-based organization. The role involves advising on property development, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and infrastructure, and drafting development, construction, and commercial contracts.

You will support major projects across Property, BESS and Digital Infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage external counsel and budgets, mentor two paralegals and a senior Transactions
