Job Description

Evolution Mining, based in Sydney, seeks a Finance Improvement Specialist to optimize finance processes and reporting across sites and group functions. You’ll focus on usability, accuracy, and reliability of monthly finance workflows, and play a central role in continuous improvement across the business.

The role requires robust finance process knowledge, Lean Six Sigma experience, and hands-on work with ERP systems (Pronto, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and Power BI.
