Job Description

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Draftsperson for a premier residential builder in Blacktown. You will translate client visions into compliant tender, contract and construction drawings, coordinating with Sales, Estimating and Permits teams to meet strict regulatory standards.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, solid knowledge of NSW approvals (Section 10.7, 88B, DCP) and a proactive, collaborative approach to delivering accurate plans under deadlines.
