The Role n

As a Senior Accountant / Client Manager, you’ll manage your own client portfolio, deliver strategic business and tax advice, and act as a technical leader within the team. This is a hands‑on advisory role with plenty of variety and autonomy.

You will:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of SME and family‑group clients
n
- Provide tax planning, structuring, and performance advice
n
- Review complex financial statements and returns
n
- Lead tax planning meetings and ensure compliance excellence
n
- Identify growth opportunities for clients and the firm
n
- Mentor and train junior and offshore team members
n

What You’ll Bring n

n
- CPA or CA qualified with 7 + years’ public‑practice experience
n
- Strong technical expertise in Australian taxation and compliance
n
- Excellent relationship‑management and communication skills
n
- Confidence mentoring and supporting team members
n
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar
n
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and team‑first attitude
n
