The Caravan ToyShop at Caravanland Beckenham is looking for a friendly and motivatedRetail Sales Assistant to join our Parts & Accessories team.

n

You don’t need to be a caravan expert. If you have a great attitude, enjoy working with customers and are willing to learn, we’ll help you build the product knowledge you need.

n

What you’ll be doing:

n

You’ll be part of the team looking after our busy retail store, helping customers find the right products and making sure the shop runs smoothly.

n

Your day will include:

n

n
- Helping customers in-store, over the phone and by email
n
- Recommending parts and accessories to suit customers’ needs
n
- Processing sales and operating our POS system
n
- Helping our workshop team with parts
n
- Receiving, unpacking and restocking products
n
- Keeping shelves and displays organised and well presented
n
- Assisting with stocktakes and general day-to-day store duties
n

and you’ll learn about a huge range of caravan and RV products along the way.

What we’re looking for:

n

We’re primarily looking for the right person.

n

You’ll be friendly, reliable and comfortable talking to customers. You’ll enjoy being part of a team but also be able to get on with a job independently when needed.

n

Retail or customer service experience would be an advantage, but caravan or RV experience isn’t essential – we can teach you the products.

n

You’ll need:

n

n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- To be comfortable with the physical side of retail, including unpacking and moving stock
n
- A current WA Driver’s Licence
n
- A current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
n
