Your role will include: nn
- Managing a residential portfolio of 150 LOCAL properties with assistance
n
- Overseeing all aspects of property management
n
- Conducting entry and exit condition reports when required
n
- Liaising with landlords, tenants,



and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations
n
- Working in a structured and systemised environment using industry-standard software
n

About you: nn
- 2-3+ years' experience in a Property Manager role
n
- Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
n
- Valid driver's licence
n
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
n
