About your new role nn
- Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging effectively with children, families, educators, and the community.
n
- Manage day-to-day classroom operations and maintain flexible routines.
n
- Mentor and lead your classroom team, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect.
n
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
n
- Tailor educational programs to meet the individual needs of our children.
n
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with children, families, and the community.

A little about you nn
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
n
- Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma certifications.
n
- Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF.
n
- Confidence in building strong relationships with children and families.
n
