Summary:

The Nurse Manager oversees a team of nurses and ensures excellent patient care. They manage daily operations, develop nursing policies, and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of nursing unit, including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
n
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
n
- Assess patient needs and ensure appropriate resources are available
n
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
n
- Monitor quality of patient care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
n
- Collaborate with other departments to manage patient flow and resources
n
- Participate in administrative and strategic planning activities
n
- Manage departmental budget and address operational issues

Qualifications:

- Nursing degree
n
- Relevant experience in nursing management
n
- Nursing license
n
- Solid leadership and communication skills
n
- Understanding of nursing practice and healthcare operations

- Ability to motivate and engage nursing staff and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
