Job Description

Galderma North Sydney is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to drive SFE across Australia & New Zealand from our Sydney Head Office with 1 day per week work-from-home. The role focuses on segmentation, incentive design, and effective sales operations to improve performance across business units.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SFE, sales analytics, or commercial operations, with strong data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI) and CRM experience (Salesforce/Veeva or similar).
