Job Description

Poachers Restaurant and Cellar Door is located in Springrange just 15 minutes from Gungahlin, Belconnen and Murrumbateman.

We are seeking a kitchen hand to join our kitchen team. Previous experience in a kitchen workplace is preferred but not essential.

n

This position will provide assistance to our Executive Chef and Chef de Partie.

n

Training and support will be provided and career progression is available to the right person.

n

Rostered days across Wednesday to Sunday, with key service days being Friday to Sunday.

n

Occassional night shifts available during wedding season from October.

We are looking for someone to: n

- Assist to prepare and plate food
n
- Keep all work areas clean and hygienic
n
- Dish washing
n

Skills and qualifications nn
- Previous kitchen experience is a desirable but not required
n
- Organised and accountable
n
- Punctual, reliable, clear communication
n
- A willingness to learn, grow and have fun!

You must be display commitment and reliabilty and haveyour own transport .
