Job Description

Unidex Healthcare is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals living with physical, intellectual, neurological and psychosocial disabilities. Work will occur in participants' homes and within the community, promoting independence and meaningful participation in daily life.

You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, community access and Skill development while following individual care plans and clinical directions.
