Job Description

ING Australia is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing skilled to lead our HSE framework, governance and wellbeing initiatives across a predominantly white-collar corporate workforce.

You'll drive psychosocial risk management, partner with senior leaders to strengthen safety accountability, and oversee workers' compensation and third-party risk programs. Experience in regulated environments is highly valued.
