Job Description

Northern Star Resources is seeking a Crushing Coordinator for the Kalgoorlie region to lead the crusher, ROM and ore rehandle functions, ensuring safe, productive delivery of ore with aligned people, equipment and feed continuity to the processing plant.

You will align production targets with safety standards, manage budgets and headcount, and drive a performance-driven culture across a large-scale operation in the Goldfields region.
