Your role
n
nYou'll take ownership of the Produce department and everything that makes a great fresh food operation tick.n
n
n From keeping the department looking its best to leading your team and driving results, you'll have real ownership and the prospect to make your mark.n
n
nYou'll be responsible for:n
n

n
- Leading, coaching and developing your team
n
- Managing ordering, stock levels, rotation and waste
n
- Driving sales, margins and department performance
n
- Maintaining outstanding freshness, quality and presentation
n




- Ensuring food safety and compliance standards are met
n
- Creating a positive experience for both customers and your team
n

About you n
n
nYou're an experienced Produce or Fresh Food Manager who knows how to keep a department running at its best.n
n
nYou'll bring:n
n

n
- Previous Produce or Fresh Food leadership experience in a supermarket
n
- Strong knowledge of fresh produce, stock control and merchandising
n
- Experience leading and developing a team
n
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with sales and margin targets
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- A hands-on approach and positive attitude
n
- The ability to thrive in a busy retail environment
n
