Jetty Bar & Eats is entering an exciting new chapter - and we’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team.

n

Located on the stunning Swan River in East Fremantle, Jetty is a busy riverside bar and restaurant known for great food, cocktails, events, sunsets and a solid focus on creating memorable guest experiences.

n

From 1 November 2026, Jetty will be trading 7 days a week , making this an exciting time to join our team as we continue to grow.

The Role n

We are looking for a confident and experienced Duty Manager who can take ownership of the venue during service and lead the team to deliver consistently high standards.

n

You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue, supporting the General Manager and management team while ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.

n

This role will suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment, is confident leading a team and isn't afraid to get involved and lead from the front.

What we're looking for: n

Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or senior hospitality role

n

Strong leadership and communication skills

n

Excellent customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality

n

Ability to confidently manage busy services and resolve issues professionally

n

Strong understanding of bar and restaurant operations

n

Ability to motivate and support a diverse team

n





High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

n

RSA and Approved Manager

n

Availability across weekends and evenings

n

A positive, hands-on and solutions-focused attitude
