Job Description

Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland is seeking a Service Desk Officer to join the Gippsland Health Alliance on a casual basis, providing frontline ICT support to internal and external stakeholders.

The role focuses on Level 1 support, triaging calls, contributing to service delivery, and working within the ICT Operations and Support team to improve processes. The ideal candidate will have robust customer service, communication, and IT knowledge; ITIL or related qualifications are desirable.
