ICG Construction Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations on commercial and industrial projects in regional NSW. You'll coordinate trades, manage programs, and drive safe, high-quality outcomes on site.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of site management experience, solid reading of plans, and a practical, hands-on leadership style. This role values ownership, teamwork and a commitment to getting the job done well.
