Sharp and Carter is seeking a People & Culture Consultant for a 3-month contract to support an active HR team. The role offers broad exposure from onboarding to HR systems management and policy interpretation, with mentoring from experienced HR leaders.

Ideal candidates are HR Coordinators or Advisors ready to advance to a generalist role, with solid organisational skills and experience in HRIS (ELMO preferred). Hybrid work environment.
