We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised Aftersales Support person to join our Myrtleford team and support customers across motorcycles, equipment, parts, accessories, servicing, and warranty.

n

With plans for a new showroom in Myrtleford, this is an exciting time to join the business and be part of our continued growth.

About the role n

You’ll work closely with customers, the workshop, parts department, sales team, and suppliers to ensure our customers receive excellent after-sales support.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Providing aftersales support for motorcycle and equipment customers
n
- Assisting with service, warranty and product enquiries
n
- Coordinating warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliers
n
- Following up customers regarding repairs, parts and service progress
n
- Ordering and tracking parts where required
n
- Liaising with technicians, parts staff and sales staff
n
- Maintaining accurate customer and warranty records
n
- Helping resolve customer concerns in a professional and practical manner
n
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the aftersales department
n

About you n

We’re looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has an interest in motorcycles, automotive, machinery or equipment
n
- Enjoys dealing with customers and solving problems
n




- Has strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Can manage several priorities at once
n
- Is confident using computers and administration systems
n
- Works well as part of a busy team
n
- Takes ownership and follows jobs through to completion
n

n

Previous experience in motorcycles, automotive, service advising, parts, warranty administration or a mechanical environment would be highly regarded.
