A quasi- in house insurance and litigation practice in Brisbane is seeking talented lawyers to join their well-established team across multiple levels:

Roles Available:

- n
Special Counsel: Extensive professional indemnity experience required. Lead high-value, complex matters, provide strategic advice, and mentor junior lawyers.
n

- n
Junior Solicitors / Associates (2–5 years PQE): Hands-on exposure to insurance litigation, assisting on claims, advisory matters, and litigation support, with guidance from senior practitioners.
n

Key Responsibilities:

- n
Advise clients on insurance and professional indemnity matters
n
n
- n
Manage matters from start to finish, liaising with clients, insurers, and Counsel
n
n
- n
Draft and negotiate key documentation and settlement agreements
n
n
- n
Support and mentor junior team members (for senior roles)
n
n
- n
Work within a collaborative, high-performing environment
n
n
n
n
