We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSecurity Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Melbourne three days per week and offers the opportunity to work on impactful system solutions within a dynamic and cooperative environment.
Key Responsibilities: n

- Deliver Agile business and functional analysis services, contributing to iterative development cycles.
n
- Document business requirements and functional designs using user stories, wireframes, screen mock-ups, and other visual aids.
n
- Facilitate negotiations with business stakeholders, users, technical teams, and product owners to align on solution outcomes.
n
- Lead workshops and engage directly with solution stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
n
- Perform process re-engineering,
capturing both current and future state workflows.
n
- Develop and manage system integration specifications to support seamless technology interactions.
n
- Showcase system solutions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
n
Key Requirements: nn
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system solution analysis.
n
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and functional analysis.
n
- Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
n
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder collaboration experience.
n
- Demonstrated ability in process mapping and re-engineering.
n
- Experience with system integration and UAT support.
