What You'll Be Working On nn
- Leading and mentoring your team to achieve their KPIs and personal goals

- Using your commercial acumen to boost profitability across sales, our interior decorator program, NPS, engagement, ATV, and strike rates

- Creating a positive, high-performance culture through regular feedback and coaching

- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including rostering, financial performance, and onboarding current team members
