The role: n

You'll be completing detailed civil excavation and final trim works across a range of projects, including:

n

n
- Final trim excavation to within 30mm tolerance
n
- Working to levels, grades, plans and specifications
n
- Detailed excavation around footings, trenches and drainage
n
- Stripping footings and formation preparation
n
- Working safely in tight proximity to underground services, machinery and site personnel
n
- Operating 5T, 14T and 20T excavators
n
- Loading trucks and moving materials
n
- Assisting with general civil labouring when required
n

What we're looking for nn
- Excavator RII – mandatory
n
- Current White Card
n
- Proven civil construction excavator experience
n
- Hands-on final trim and detailed excavation experience
n
- Strong understanding of levels, grades and tolerances
n
- Confidence operating smaller excavators, including 5T machines
n
- GPS experience highly regarded, but not essential
n
- Own reliable transport
n
- Willingness to travel between SEQ projects as required
n
- Reliable, safety-focused and willing to jump off the machine when required
n

This isn't a bulk earthworks-only role. We're looking for operators with practical civil final trim experience who can confidently work to levels and achieve an accurate finish. n
