About the opportunity

Impact Talent is partnering with a range of insurance brokerages and is always speaking with experienced Account Managers who are open to their next move. Whether you are looking to step into a larger portfolio, join a different style of brokerage or simply see what is out there, we would love to hear from you.

As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for your clients and will be trusted to look after their insurance programs from renewal through to claims support.

n

What the role involves

n

n
- Managing a portfolio of SME and commercial clients and building strong, long-term relationships
n
- Preparing and negotiating renewals, including liaising with insurers and underwriters
n
- Processing new business, mid-term adjustments and cancellations accurately and on time
n
- Providing clear advice on coverage, policy wording and risk exposures
n
- Supporting clients through the claims process and working closely with claims teams
n
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting compliance requirements
n
- Working alongside brokers and the wider team to retain and grow client accounts
n

About you

n

n
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance brokerage
n
- Working knowledge of general insurance products, ideally commercial lines
n
- Strong communication skills and a genuine client-first approach
n




- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload
n
- Confident using broking systems and Microsoft Office
n
- Tier 1 qualification or a willingness to work towards it (a bonus, not essential)
n
