We are passionate about our people, our animals and producing quality Australian pork. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at our Eagle Farm Head Office.

The Opportunity

n

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable skilled who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in accuracy and loves being part of a supportive team.

n

Working closely with the broader Finance team, you will help ensure supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time while building positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

n

What You’ll Be Doing

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
n
- Matching invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation
n
- Managing supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies
n
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations
n
- Preparing and assisting with payment runs
n
- Maintaining accurate supplier and accounts payable records
n




- Supporting month-end processes as required
n
- Working closely with internal departments to resolve outstanding accountsAssisting the Finance team with general accounts and administrative duties
n

About You

n

We’re looking for someone who can confidently step into a busy Accounts Payable environment and hit the ground running.

n

You will ideally bring:

n

n
- 3–5 years’ Accounts Payable experience
n
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices
n
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
n
- Good Microsoft Excel and Office skills
n
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP/accounting system would be highly regarded
n
- A positive, organised and team-focused approach
n
