Job Description

HCF is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join our Parramatta contact centre, delivering personalised, exceptional service to members by phone while promoting HCF products. The role is full time with a 37.5-hour week, on a rotational roster from Monday to Saturday, with hybrid work after training.

Training lasts three months in-office, with initial hours 8:45am-5pm, then transitioning to hybrid work with at least two days in the office. Interviews 예정 on 20 October 2026.
