The Role n

The Training Specialist at iCAUR Australia is pivotal to establishing the effectiveness of customer-facing staff — including Sales Managers and consultants — through a structured learning program. You'll manage a blend of online and face-to-face sales-process and product training, building a genuine learning culture across the expanding iCAUR Australia dealer network in support of the brand's ongoing growth.

What You'll Do n

- Establish objectives to improve customer experience quality through lead management, inquiry conversion, and effective sales process.

- Develop supporting training plans in consultation with management and regional staff, surveying the network to baseline competency and set targets.
n




- Produce a needs analysis to profile the network across introductory, intermediate and advanced knowledge and experience levels.

- Prioritise Sales Manager learning roll-out ahead of Sales Consultant training, to reinforce preferred behaviours with retail leaders first.

- Maintain accurate network staff training records and ensure training policies are consistently upheld.
n
- Control the Training & Development budget and propose an annual learning schedule for a blended learning program.
n
- Engage external providers to deliver 'road to a sale' and '6-position' sale process training relevant to cadets, consultants and experienced high performers.

What You'll Bring nn
- Previous experience from a similar role

- Tertiary education preferred
n
- Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving ability.
n
- Solid interpersonal and human relations skills are important.

- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM and related tools.
n
- An empathetic, results-oriented approach with a genuine desire for career growth.
n
- Willingness to travel 50–70% throughout the region.
