Job Description

Costello Medical is seeking an experienced People Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of core People processes across the employee lifecycle for the UK and Asia-Pacific regions. You will support and develop the People team, ensure compliant and scalable practices, and drive innovation through technology and AI.

You will oversee onboarding through offboarding, manage performance reviews and reward processes, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape the People strategy.
