A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Housekeeper to join an established private household in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, supporting a household three days per week.

n

This is a supporting Housekeeper position , working alongside an existing full-time Housekeeper to assist with the day-to-day upkeep, organisation and presentation of the residence.

n

You will be joining an established household team which consists of a House Manager, PA, Chef, Housekeeper, Gardener etc...

n

This role would suit someone who takes genuine pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working collaboratively within a professional and well-run private household.

n

The role is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday , with two options available depending on the successful candidate’s preference:

n

3 x 8-hour days – 24 hours per week for someone looking for additional hours.

n

Preferred hours would be agreed at the commencement of the role and become your regular weekly schedule, providing consistency for everyone.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- General housekeeping and cleaning alongside the full-time Housekeeper
n
- Maintaining bedrooms,



bathrooms and living areas to a high standard
n
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and cleaning furniture, fixtures and surfaces
n
- Making beds and changing linen and towels as required
n
- Laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, folding and putting items away
n
- Wardrobe, cupboard and general household organisation
n
- Kitchen cleaning and general tidying
n
- Maintaining household linen and towels
n
- Periodic deep cleaning and attention to less frequently used areas
n
- Caring appropriately for delicate surfaces, furniture and household items
n
- Preparing guest rooms when required
n
- Some assistance with household pets (minimal)
n
- Occasional errands and ad hoc duties
n

About You n

We are looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Experienced in housekeeping, ideally within a private residence, HNWI household or high-end hotel workplace
n
- Proactive, sensible, reliable and able to recognise what needs to be done
n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of an established household team
n
- Discreet and respectful of privacy and confidentiality
n
- Able to provide strong professional references
n
- Able to obtain/pass a Police Check
n
