To support the adoption, evolution, and maintenance of the Quality
n Engineering capability within a group of business units, to maximize agility,
n accelerate test automation adoption, and unlock efficiencies.

Work Experience-

n

n
- At least 15 years’ experience in
n the automation, development and testing fields.

n

n

· At least 8 years senior or managerial IT
n experience, as an Engineering Manager or Delivery Manager of digital products
n in an agile environment, with experience delivering large programs of work,
n including operation support.

n

· Demonstrated experience in implementing
n technical solutions in large scale, complex and distributed environments.

n

· Advanced understanding of all aspects of
n the technology’s broader operational workplace (i.e., processes, procedures,
n associated toolsets, operating systems, etc.).

n

n
- Strong Manual and Automated testing
n experience, including demonstrated success with implementing Automated
n Testing solutions

n
- Demonstrated experience with a
n variety of licenced and open-source automation tools, frameworks,
n scripting languages (e.g. UFT, Rest Assured, Selenium, SpecFlow, Appium,
n Cucumber, C#,



JavaScript, Ruby, Java etc.)

n
- Experience with the agile
n development process and developing code in alignment with coding standards
n and business processes.

n
- Demonstrated experience managing
n automated testing, both in terms of process and tools (e.g., Microfocus
n ALM, Jira, Microsoft Test Manager, etc.)

n
- Demonstrated experience with
n creating Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development
n (TDD) test automation frameworks compatible with diverse technology
n stacks.

n
- Demonstrated design and development
n experience with testing aspects of DevOps including IaC for continuous
n testing purposes using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins or AzureDevOps.

n
- Demonstrated
n design and development experience with GenAI for test use cases
n (preferably with OpenAI and LangChain4J).

n
- Solid
n understanding of engineering principles, products, and services in a
n hybrid cloud environment, with a technical background.

n

· A proven track record in people
n management and experience in building and leading teams
