This is a rare opportunity to join an established residential and commercial developer on the Gold Coast in a senior Operations Manager role.

My client is an established residential and commercial developer with a strong pipeline of projects

n

They've built a team where people stick around and staff turnover is low

n

Construction, Development and Administration work closely together

n

Continued growth with further projects coming through

What You'll Be Doing: n

Work closely with Site Managers to keep projects moving and resolve issues

n

Support and mentor the head office construction operations team

n

Keep Construction,



Development and Administration working together

n

Make sure approvals, documentation and procurement are ahead of construction

n

Identify roadblocks early and get the right people together to sort them

n

Review workflows and processes and improve the things that aren't working

n

Work alongside senior management across the wider construction operation

Who I'm Looking For: n

Someone with proven experience in construction operations , who understands what it takes to keep multiple projects, teams and departments moving in the same direction.

n

Strong construction background

n

Experience working across multiple projects, teams or departments

n

Comfortable working with Site Managers and senior management

n

Process driven, organised and good at solving problems

n

Able to lead people, set priorities and hold people accountable

n

Most importantly, you understand what the site teams need from head office to keep projects moving

n
