The Opportunity n
Supervise structural construction on a road upgrade in north-west Sydney, including bridge works. This site-based position works closely with engineers and subcontractors to organise safe, effective construction and maintain programme and quality requirements.
Your Responsibilities n
n
- Plan work sequences, monitor progress and resolve day-to-day delivery issues.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, equipment and materials for structural construction.
n
- Maintain site records and explain productivity, progress and emerging constraints.
n
- Work with project engineers and adjoining teams to coordinate construction interfaces.
n
- Promote a practical safety culture and check quality and environmental performance.
n
RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements n
n
- Supervision experience on major infrastructure, preferably road projects.
n
- Bridge construction, structural concrete or similar civil structures experience is highly regarded.
n
- Knowledge of construction methods, site coordination and programme delivery.
n
- Clear communication and the ability to coordinate subcontractors within a collaborative team.
n
- A consistent commitment to safe work, quality and environmental standards.
